A Form Fill & Seal pouch is formed by heat sealing the edges of laminated film. The film is made up of several layers of material custom designed to contain the specific material filled within. The pouch prevents air from entering or exiting, so the product inside remains fresh and ready to use.

Form Fill & Seal pouches are used in a wide variety of sampling and single use retail and industrial applications. Typical uses for pouches are sauces, lotions, creams, lubricants, adhesives, shampoos and other automotive and cleaning products. Form Fill & Seal pouches are designed for single use and disposal only.

Packaging Group produces a wide variety of Form Fill & Seal pouches, also known as packettes. Packettes can be produced in a wide variety of sizes. They are custom designed to your specific needs. They can have a hang hole of varying sizes, or no hang hole at all. They can also have an internal directional spout built into the forming mechanism to simplify pouring from the pouch.

The packets can be filled with:

  • Free flowing liquids
  • Viscous liquids- heated or unheated
  • Creams & Lotions
  • Powders
